1. Photography Session Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your photography session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation by SkyLoveConnect: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

2. Product Refunds

  • Photo Albums and Prints: Due to the custom nature of photo albums and prints, refunds are not typically offered once production has begun. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss options for replacement or resolution.
  • Digital Downloads: All sales of digital downloads (e.g., digital images) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
